Steps

Boil aloo in cooker for two whistles, cool and cut it into small pieces and also cut green chilli on it.

Cut the paneer in medium size and deep fry it.

Take a pan, add ghee at first, add red chilli powder, kasmiri mirch or degi mirch have beautiful colour.

In warm ghee roast it for 1 min now add salt and potatoes pieces, saute it well.

Add some drops of water & cover it for 2-3 mins, now add fried paneer pieces, turn off flame.

Add lemon juice and sprinkle coriander. Now it is ready to serve.
