First prepare the slurry by taking flour in a bowl and add a little water to it then add a little if it is food color.

Now take oil or ghee in a pan and heat it on gas then fry it in oil with the help of a grater.

Now take sugar in a pan, add a glass of water and heat it on gas.

Then cook it. Do not take very hard syrup. The sugar dissolves well and take the syrup as hard as a string of syrup. Then put these bundi seeds in it and let it stay for a while. Then turn off the gas.

Now add sliced dried fruits and mix well then apply a little ghee in both the palms and pamper.

Delicious and nutritious Motichur laddu is ready
