1 packethot and sour soup mix (Sichuan style)
1 2/3 cupswater (400 ml)
1egg

Bring the water to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low.

Add the soup mix and stir slowly until the powder is fully dissolved and no lumps remain.

Add the beaten egg and stir gently to create egg ribbons.
