Chilled potato salad in tangy syrup
Steps

For the salad

Boil & peel potatoes.
- 3
In a bowl, take olive oil, vinegar & sugar. Keep stirring till sugar dissolves.

In the syrup, add potatoes cut to bite-size. Mix well. Season with salt & pepper. Finally add chopped coriander leaving some for garnishing.

Marinate for 1/2 an hour in the fridge. Mix well. Garnish with coriander & serve chilled!
