4 piecesbrown breads
1 cupcooked stuffing
2 tbspgrated cheese
2 tbsppizza sauce
1 tspchilli flakes
1 tspmixed herbs used in pizza
as requiredOil for shallow frying

Cut the sides of bread. Make a cooked stuffing with a mix of cauliflower, green peas, onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste.

Take a slice of bread, wet with a spoon/little more water.

First spread pizza sauce evenly on the bread,then grated cheese. then stuffing masala, chilli flakes and mixed herbs.

Now bring the corners of the bread evenly to the centre and make the rolls.

Keep all the rolls in the refrigerator for 30 mins and then shallow fry. Bread pizza rolls are ready to serve.
