Steps

Cook the shallots and pepper in the oil for a few minutes before adding the this isn't chicken and fry for 5 mins

Stir in the spices (except the tamarind) and cook for a minute or so

Add the tin of cherry tomatoes and put some water in the tin and add that. Now simmer for 5 mins or until the tomatoes have gone pop

Stir in the tamarind paste and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes

If you have some, decorate with coriander leaves and serve with rice or naan. Shove in gob until gone.
