Boil the chole after adding tea bag. Bay leaf untill 5 whistle.

Add oil in a pan, jeera bayleaf saute for 2 minutes add chopped onion saute untill onion looks transparent.

In a blender jar add chopped tomato, green chilli, ginger and garlic blend until you get thick paste without lumps.

Add this puree in onion, cook this gravy untill masala release oil. Add coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper, chilli powder and 2 tsp of water in case of masala looks dry. Cook this gravy untill masala bend with paste.

Add this paste in boil Chole and cook in pressure cooker for 2 whistle. Serve with chapati or
