Steps

Take a pan. Add desi ghee. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilli. Saute for a minute.

Then add peanuts. Saute them. Then add dryfruits and saute them for a minute.

Then add chopped potato and tomato and cook them for 2 to 3 mnts.

Then add salt, blackpepper mix it well.

Then add soaked sabudana. Mix it well and cook for 2 mnts

Garnish with green coriander. And serve hot
