Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry celery, garlic, onion and carrot.

Add meat and cook until brown

Add pepper, salt, basil

Pour in jar of sauce keeping jar to one side.

Pour small amount of boiling water in jar and mix in the oxo cube.

Add mixture to pan and simmer for 15-20 mins.
