Quick shahi paneer

First of all cut the paneer in cubes. Then take a pan and into the little bit oil and all paneer cubes aur cello fry. Then all paneer cube add the bolid salty water in few minute. So the panner is softy and salty.

Then add some oil into the pan and add clove, cinnamon,cumin seed, kalonji, cardmon, cashue and add onion finally chopped and tomatos. All ing are saute well then rest 10 to 15 min.

Then meke a paste in mixer grinder.

Then take a pan into little bit oil. Oil then hot add a cumin seed and add the onion tomato paste. When paste cook very well. Like oil aur sapprate add all dty masalas. Red chilli. Turmeric salt and coriander powder. Cook masalas 5to 10 min in slow flame then add frseh cream and some water.

Cook very well then add paneer and cook 5 to 10 min. Add pinch of sugar. Then ready to eat quick shshi paneer.

Garnish with paneer and coriander leaves and serve with chapatis..
