There are so many different types of dishes which can be prepared during fasting. All fasting dishes use very little ingredients still they taste delicious. Here I have prepared rajgira flour puri, potato sabji and sweet potato kheer which is a very basic fasting menu. It is so simple to make but it taste divine!

Steps

1 hr
  1. 1

To make puri, first of all grate potatoes finely and mix flour and rock salt to it. Make dough using very little water at a time. Now divide it into 25 to 30 portions and roll puri on a greased butter paper. You can even use a plastic bag to roll puri. Fry puri in hot oil until light brown in colour. Prepare all the puri in the same way.
