Clean the mushrooms and remove the stalks

Fry the onions for 2 mins add garlic,grammasala and cook for a minadd hoho &2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Saute for 2-3 add the mushroom cook and the tomatoes cook for 8-10mins.

Add milk and cook for another 5 mins......serve with your preferred starch.
