Ingredients

  • 454 g (2 cups)butter
  • (2.8 cups) flour
  • (1.2 cups) potato flour
  • (1.5 cups) sugar
  • (5 cups) oatmeal
  • (2 cups) brown sugar
  • (1 tsp) salt
  • 225 gcooking chocolate
  • 4eggs
  • (4 tsp) baking powder / (3 tsp) double action
  • (3 cups) chopped almonds
  • (3 cups) chocolate chips

Steps

    Mix all ingredients

    Double layer baking

    Swap position after 15 min
