  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1/2 tbspSugar
  • Spinach
  • Red pepper
  • Onions
  • Seasoning
  • Spices
  • Oil
  • Beef and fish (optional)
  • Some cabbage

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the yam, wash and boil it with salt and sugar

  2. 2

    For the sauce, add oil in a pot, add onions and fry for 2 mins.

  3. 3

    Add greated red pepper, spices and seasoning and cooked beef

  4. 4

    Add the spinach and cabbage mix well

  5. 5

    Add the fried fish serve hot
