Ingredients

  • 1 bowlangoori
  • 1/2 bowlwheat flour
  • 1/2 bowlcurd
  • 2 glassmilk
  • As neededsugar
  • As neededdesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big pan add angoori, wheat flour, milk and mix it and boil it.

  2. 2

    Now add curd and roast it and stir continuously.

  3. 3

    When it begins to thick add ghee and stir continuously and cook it.

  4. 4

    Now take a plate and grease it and mixture spread on it and cut it.
