Wash the Arbi,peel it and cut.Cut the onions and tomatoes also.

Then make paste of onions, tomatoes and green chillies in grinder

Take a kadai, put oil in it let the oil to heat.

When the oil heated then put cumin seeds into it,when cumin seeds became brown then add the ginger and garlic paste,stir well

When the ginger and garlic paste become brown then add paste of onions, tomatoes and green chillies

Let the paste became brown,now when paste become brown

Add haldi powder, dhania powder,red chilli powder in it and stir it well

Now when the paste become brown then add Arbi into it.

Now add garam masala and salt according to taste and water.

Cover the kadai and let it cook.

When Arbi becomes soft sabzi is ready

Arbzi ki sabzi is ready to serve,serve with chapatis and rice.
