Add in grated ginger and egg and continue whisking

Add in flour and knead

Add milk and continue kneading to a soft dough

Roll and cut using a glass

Brush your baking tin with margarine and arrange your cookies

Light your jiko and pour salt on big sufuria

Preheat for 8 minutes

Place the tin with cookies

Bake for 35 minutes
