This is one of the most easy dish which can be serve in dawat as well. It will be a surprise for everyone. Not only it looks like maghaz masala but resembles in taste somewhat as well.

This is one of the most easy dish which can be serve in dawat as well. It will be a surprise for everyone. Not only it looks like maghaz masala but resembles in taste somewhat as well.
Steps

Take a deep heavy bottom pan

Add oil in it.

Add finely chopped onions in heated oil and sautay till become pink
- 4
Take a blender add chopped tomatoes and grind them
- 5
Add these tomatoes in onions and cook
- 6
Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander and mix well

Cook till all the water evaporated and oil seperated from masala.

Add whole spice powder and mix

Add some water to make thick paste like consistency

Add eggs one by one at different places in masala

Wait for 1 minute to cook on low flame than stir gently so that eggs do not mix completely into masala.

Cover and cook for 1 more minute. Then again stir once again gently. Eggs should be chunky like pieces in brain masala.

Turn off heat and dish out

Garnish with fresh coriander, green chillies and ginger. Serve with roti or Naan.
