Ingredients

2 and half hr
5 to 6 servings
  • 2 kgmilk
  • 1 glasswater
  • 2green cardamom
  • to tasteSugar
  • Half cup soaked rice
  • Almond for garnishing

Steps

2 and half hr
  1. 1

    In a pan mix all ingredients except sugar and let them boil on very low flame.

  2. 2

    After every 10min just mix it and left it on low flame.

    When it's color changes and it left in a half quantity add sugar.and now keeping mixing it until it thicken in texture. It's ready garnish with almonds.
