Season the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper, and place them on a baking tray lightly greased with olive oil.

Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard with 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir well with a fork until smooth.

Brush the tenderloins with the honey mustard sauce, then squeeze some orange juice over the top (just squeeze the orange by hand). Place the tray in the oven.

As the pork cooks, baste with more orange juice and more honey mustard sauce every 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how much sauce you want.

They'll be done in about 30 minutes and taste amazing! You can serve them with French fries, salad, or just enjoy them on their own!
