Hot savoury snack- dosa made from ragi ( nachini), oats & spinach.
Steps

In mixing bowl add ragi flour,oats flour, besan and curd. Mix well.

Add enough water to make lump free semi thick dosa batter. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile wash and pat dry & chopped palak (spinach) leaves. Add green chillies ginger paste, salt to ragi - oats batter. Mix well.

Heat dosa griddle. Grease with oil. Wipe out with wet cloth. Pour 2-3 tbsp of ragi-oats dosa batter in center. Spread in circular motion to make round dosa. Sprinkle chopped palak (spinach leaves), sprinkle little oil. Roast/ cook till lower side turn crispy.

Flip after few minutes, roast another side till crispy. Similarly prepare all ragi-oats palak dosas.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Ragi-Oats Palak Dosa with corainder mint chutney.
