Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup yellow lentils moong dal soaked
  2. 2 tsp masala oats
  3. 1/2 cup broken wheat
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1capssicum chopped
  6. 2garlic chopped
  7. 1tomato chopped
  8. as requiredDry masalas
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 spoonGhee
  11. 1/2 tsp Cumin seed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a cooker and add into ghee. When ghee is hot add cumin seed. Seed was crackled then add garlic onion and tomatoes and saute all ingredients.

    Then add yello splits dalia and oats. After 5 minutes 1/4 spoon turmeric salt and add one and half glass of water.

    Close the cooler and take 2whistle. Then cooker is cold. Khichdi take out the plate and add some ghee.serve hot healthy khichdi.
