Steps

Peel, wash and dice the potatoes into small bitable sizes. try make them at least equal in size.

Place in simmering water and add some salt. let simmer for 5 minutes (until 50 % cooked). drain

Heat oil in a pan and add in the cumin powder, mix. add in the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.

Add in the turmeric, paprika and some salt. add in some a dash of water and stir. let simmer for at least 2 minutes

Add in the potatoes and give a good mix, stirring/tossing for 8 - 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy
