Steps

    900 gr lamb meat for 4 pers

    4 garlic cloves

    3 slices greasy ginger chopped

    1 tsp 5 spices

  5. 5

    6 tbl sponges light soya sauce

  6. 6

    3 tablespoon sherry

  7. 7

    6 spring onions

  8. 8

    600 ml beef stock

  9. 9

    500 gr soft brown sugar

  10. 10

    1 red pepper cored, seeded and sliced

  11. 11

    1 green pepper sliced

  12. 12

    Place the lamb in a soucepan, sprinkle over the garlic and finder and mix well

  13. 13

    Add 5 spice powder, soya sauce and sherry

  14. 14

    Cut each spring onion I three pieces and add to the lamb

  15. 15

    Pour over stock and steer in the brown sugar

  16. 16

    Bring. To the blink, and simmer for 90 min

  17. 17

    Remove the lid, increase the heat until the liquid has become a thick sauce

  18. 18

    Spoon the meat to a warm serving dish
