Ingredients

2tomatoes puree
1 tspginger grated
1green chilli chopped
2 tspoil
Pinchcumin seeds
to tastesalt and pepper powder
1/4 tspTurmeric powder
Pinchred chilli powder

Steps

1

In a pan add oil and cumin seeds.then add ginger,chilli and tomato puree.cook for five minutes.

Now add all spices and mix well.

Add 1 glass water and cook again for five minutes at medium flame.

Cook nicely

Gravy Tomato is ready to serve.
