Grate the corn and keep aside.

Heat up the oil in heavy bottom pan. Once heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and let it splutter. Add curry leaves and finely chopped green chillies.

Saute for a minute and add grated corn.
Cook on low flame stirring continuously. - 4
Add milk, salt, mix well and cook for 6 to 6 mins till it thickens. Keep stirring occasionally. Add lemon juice, mix well and switch off the flame.

Garnish with chopped fresh green coriander leaves and serve.
