Ingredients

  • 2 bowlpoha
  • 2onions
  • 1potato
  • 1capsicum
  • Handfulraw peanuts
  • 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 2 spoonoil
  • 1 spoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 spoonLemon juice
  • 1/2 spoonRed chilli powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut potatoes, onion and capsicum.

    Take a pan, add oil.

  3. 3

    Add mustard seeds once oil gets heated.

    Add potato and let they cook.

    Add raw peanuts and mix them we'll.

    Now add onion and capsicum and saute them well.

    Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix them well.

    Wash the poha well and add it in the pan.

    Now sprinkle salt and red chilli powder and add lemon juice and mix them well.

    Cover it with lid and switch off the flame... And keep it in steam for 5 minutes.

  11. 11

    Serve it hot with ketchup and green chutney.
