Ingredients

1 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 cupCurd
1/2 spoonBaking powder
1 pinchOrange food colour
1 cupSugar
As neededOil or ghee for deep fry

Steps

1

Mix flour and dahi first add some water and make a thick consistanty flowing batter.

Let it take to rest and make sufar syrup. Add sugar and half cup of water and make 1 stribg sugar syrup.

Add food colour and bakung powder in better and take a piping bag fill it with batter.

Heat oil on medium flame. Make jalebi and fry in oil after fry dio in lukewarm sugar syruo fir 2 minutes. Jalebi is ready
