  • 1pav
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1/4 tspcinnamon powder
  • 2 tspoil/ ghee/ butter

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix together the milk, sugar and cinnamon powder.

    Cut the pav into 3 or 4 slices. Soak the pav in the milk till it soaks up all the milk.

    Heat oil/ghee/ butter in a non stick pan and shallow fry the pav till golden from both sides.
