Rice flour Balls

Boil water in a vessel add green chilli paste salt and soda.Turn off flame. Add rice flour slowly mix well.

Soak basmati rice for 1/2hr. And cook 80% add salt.and strain let it cool.Take in a plate and add green colour red colour mix well to make colourful rice.

Now make a balls from rice flour mixture coat with coloured rice.

Boil water in a steamer. And steam all colourful balls for 7-10min. Take out drizzle oil sprinkle jeeralu and serve. Tasty healthy rice flour balls is ready to serve.
