Hey it's festive time. It's Diwali time. Time to celebrate with family and friends and while talking celebration always becomes beautiful with Savouries and Namkeens.
So today I have made from roti and quiche rolls from farsan available at home. Which is also attractive in appearance and also yummy in test.
Combined bread and cake stuffing has created a delicious. Also it is made from bread and does not need to be fried so it is also a healthy item.

Add a little water to the lamb flour to make a thick slurry.

All the dry spices are to be taken in a mixer jar and crushed to make a powder.

Ganthiya and Chavanu should be taken evenly and crushed in a mixer. Not to make powder at all.

Take this mixer in a bowl and add crushed dry spices in it. Now add a little bit of date tamarind juice in it and add salt to taste to make a dough.

Now take the bread and put this doh in the middle of it and roll it. After taking the pono roll, apply the wax slurry on the end of the bread and pack the roll.

Now put oil in a pan and fry this roll from all sides. And all the rolls are ready to be fried.

This roll is to be cut from the middle of the exit.

Dip both ends of the cut roll in the green sauce first and then in sev. And this is how all the pieces of the roll are to be prepared.

All pieces can be prepared and served with green sauce and tomato sauce.
