First Rajama wash with water. Soak in lukewarm water for 4 hours.

Add Rajma & water in to pressure cooker & add salt & meetha soda.close cooker. Take 4/5 whistle. Boiled rajma properly. Take chopped all vegi

Remove Rajma in a bowl.Add Onion tomato ginger green chili.Add all spices.

Spread Lemon juice & Garnish Coriander. Ready Rajme chat & Serve hot chat.
