Mostly children don't like to eat green vegetables so, methi - potatoes discs are the best option. It is full of nutrition.

Take a bowl, add maida, ajwain,1/2 tsp salt into it. Mix it well then make a dough by adding curd. let it rest for 7-8 minutes.

Boil the potatoes and Peel it.

Take another bowl and mix all the ingredients (chopped Methi, onion, chillies,salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder).

Divide maida dough in a proper ratio.

Make a light thick chapati from this dough.

By using cutter or sharp katori cut this into a round shape.

Fill the stuffing in between this.

Paste it from maida slurry.

Dip it in the maida slurry and shallow fry these discs one by one.

Cook it on a low medium flame.

After cooking from both sides. Serve it with any sauce or raita.
