  • 2medium cauliflower
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric
  • 1 cupgram flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash n cut the cauliflower. Add salt n turmeric n Coriander.Keep aside like 15mins

    Add gram flour n mix well.Add a little water if need be.Put oil in a karai n fry.

    If the batter remains you can cut onions,potatoes or bread into it
