I cooked it for my grandma and my step grandfather for Friday night. Also R T helped me.

Wash and slice and boil the rhubarb for 10m. Spread in the base of a flan dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

Mix the butter, sugar and flour together in a bowl, using your hands and fingertips to form breadcrumbs/crumble mixture.

Cook in the oven at 170 oc (fan assisted) for 25 -30 minutes or until a light golden brown
