I have been using this recipe for more than a decade & it has never disappointed me.
Cooking Instructions

Take the yeast, sugar, water. Mix, cover keep aside for 7-8 mins to activate

In a large basin mix the flour, salt, oil. Once done add the yeast mixture to the flour and bind with milk. If needed only use extra water. Once the dough is nice and smooth. Cover for 1 hr to proof

Once proofed take small rolls and make rounds, arrange in a tray. Sprinkle black Sesame seeds or leave plain. Cover & Let this proof again for 20 mins

Bake in a preheated at 180°c oven for 15-20 or till done

Serve warm

My favorite part are the dried fruits mixed in!If you can't buy mixed spiced, you can use this simple recipe to make it yourself: Combine 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp ground coriander, 3/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/4 tsp ground cloves (or mix what ever spices you have on hand)
