  • 1 cupsplit mung beans
  • 1 tbspoil
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsproasted and crushed cumin and coriander seed
  • 1 tspchili flakes
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder

    Boil the beans first.

  2. 2

    When it is competely cooked then make a tarka. For this in a fry pan add some oil add all spices mentioned above and saute well. Then pour it on dal and cook for 2 to 3 mints. Serve this dal with boiled rice, salad and achar
