Take brinjal and brush it with oil. Now roast it on low flame till it's skin become burn.

Peel out the burnt skin n you will get roasted brinjal. Now take some oil in pan let it heat n then add chopped green chillies, onions and tomatoes respectively.cook it until they become little soft.

Now add salt and all the masalas in it. Mix it well. Add roasted brinjal in it and stir continuously for 5- 7 minutes. Brinjal Bharta is ready to eat.
