Cabbage chop (Fritters)

Cabbage Fritters can be made in many ways. This way of making cabbage fritters is unique and it's my innovation. On special occasions and availability of Cabbage, I prepare. Today, I prepared for Easter. I have used half cooked cabbage and boiled potatoes to reduce the absorption of oil by fritters during deep frying. Instead of soda bi carb , curd has been used.

Mash the boiled potatoes and mix with half boiled cabbage.

Mix the rest of the ingredients.

Lastly mix the curd. You may not need any more water to make the batter.

Rest the batter for 10 minutes. Prepare the fritters,in the shape you like.

Hear oil. Deep fry the fritters 3/4 at a time in medium to low flame.

Serve hot with green chutney and red sauce.
