Kadai paneer
Steps

Take paneer add salt,red chilli powder and lemon juice and marinate for 10 mins

Heat oil in a pan and add marinated paneer to shallow fry

Now fry capsicum chunks and fry onion chunks.

Now to make curry heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, black pepper, green cardamoms and cloves in a few seconds add slices once it turns translucent add ginger garlic paste fry for 2-3 mins.

Now add tomato, salt, cashews and fry it for 5 min churn it in a mixture jar and convert it to a paste.

Strain to get a smooth puree and discard roughage add a little water if needed.

Again heat oil in a pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and add red chilli powder and immediately add the puree. Mix well.

Add turmeric powder and salt.Cover the lid until oil separates Open lid and add malai and Kasuri methi.

Once the oil separates, add fried paneer, fried capsicum and onion. Remove bay leaf and cinnamon at this time.

Cover and cook for 2-3 min. Open the lid and mix well

Add garam masala and mix well, switch off the flame.

Your Kadai paneer is ready
