Beef pulao

Take a pot and put over medium flame then add oil. Once the oil heat enough add sliced onion and stir it. Cook until onion turns into golden color.

Then add sliced tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Now add garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt and tamarind, ginger garlic and chili paste and cook for few seconds.

Then add tendered beef and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add beef stock and cook on high heat until boiling.

Once, its boiling, add soaked rice, cover with led and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then cook on very low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

Beef Pulao is ready. Serve with salad and raita.
