Ingredients

  • 8-10idli
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • As neededghee
  • 1/3 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspmaggi masala
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a fry pan heat the ghee add mustared seeds and roste it.

  2. 2

    Now add all veggies and saute it.

  3. 3

    Add all regular spices and mix well. Now add idli in the pan and mix well and cook it for 2-3 mint.

  4. 4

    Serve it with ketchup.
