Chana Palao

#joy
White chana palao is one of my most favourite palao. I never say no to chana palao. And if it is cooked in clay pot then you can imagine how delicious it's taste will be. This recipe is so amazing that my neighbourer requested me to make this chana palao for her. I was so overwhelmed. ALHAMDULILLAH...
# leftover water from boiled chickpeas make palao more flavorful.
# usually water is added double to rice quantity means 2 glass of rice then 4 glass of water but I add 3.5 glass for 2 glass of rice as rice are soaked before cooking.
# or 1 bat ye ke jab 1/2 cani reh jae tu pani khushk hona chahiye or dum par lagadeney chahiye tu perfect bntey rice.
