Steps

Place a kadai in stove and add a little ghee to roast the gram flour. Take a tray in which we aur going to pour the mysore pak and grease it with ghee and keep it aside.

Roast for 4 to 5 minutes so that the raw smell disappears.

After roasting sieve the flour.Then add a little ghee to the flour and mix well.ensure it has no lumps.

Place a kadai in the stove add the sugar and half a cup of water, mix so that the sugar dissolves completely.

Then stir the sugar syrup to one string consistency. Now add the ghee mixed flour to sugar syrup and mix well

In a kadai take required ghee and melt it completely and to be hot.

Stir the mixture and add the ghee little in regular time intervals.

The mixture should be non sticky with the kadai that is the consistency and pour it in the tray.

Leave that to cool and after that make them into slices and serve. Delicious mysore pak is ready
