Ingredients

30 minutes
5 servings
  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1egg
  3. 1/2 TBSbaking powder
  4. 1 TBSsugar
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 250 gbutter
  7. Egg for egg wash
  8. 2 TBSpowdered milk
  9. Cold water as required

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except egg in a clean bowl till they are well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Crack the egg and add to the mixture, mix very well and add cold water knead the dough very well and flatten it. Shape it and put in the fillings, transfer to baking tray and egg wash the pies and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
