Ingredients

  1. 30gyoza skins
  2. Filling
  3. 250 gminced pork (or med soft tofu, silken is too wet)
  4. 1napa cabbage (finely chopped)
  5. 1 bundlegreen onion (finely chopped)
  6. 4 clovesgarlic (minced)
  7. 1 tbginger (grated)
  8. Skirt mix
  9. 0,5 cupwater
  10. 1 tbcornstarch
  11. 1 tbflour

    Chop vegetables.

  2. 2

    Mix filling ingredients.

  3. 3

    Fill and fold.

  4. 4

    Add generous amount of vegetable oil to pan.

  5. 5

    Add the gyoza and fry on high until bottoms are crisp and golden.

  6. 6

    Change heat to med and add 0,5 skirt mix.

  7. 7

    Close the lid and steam for 5 min.

  8. 8

    Remove lid and let the bottom become crisp.

  9. 9

    Pour some sesame oil on the sides sides of the pan, then shake the pan to coat the bottom in the oil.

  10. 10

    Store leftover filling in the freezer.
