Add generous amount of vegetable oil to pan.

Add the gyoza and fry on high until bottoms are crisp and golden.

Change heat to med and add 0,5 skirt mix.

Close the lid and steam for 5 min.

Remove lid and let the bottom become crisp.

Pour some sesame oil on the sides sides of the pan, then shake the pan to coat the bottom in the oil.

Store leftover filling in the freezer.
