Rasabali is a traditional Odia sweet recipe. It is a very famous sweet dish popular in the Kendrapara district of Odisha for Lord Baladev Jeu. Rasabali offered as one of the Mahaprasad to Lord Jagannath in Puri.

Take 1 lt milk in a vessel and boil it.

Where it boil add 1 tsp vinegar, now the milk start curdling.

Risne the chhena and let it cool.

Knead the chhena to make smooth Dough.

Add maida, suji, cardamom powder, mix well together and add make smooth dough.

Heat 1 lit milk in a vessel, add sugar, cardamom powder on low medium flame till the milk thickens.

Add one pinch baking soda and make a dough.

Make small balls and flatten it.

Now ready to fry.

Now, deep fry in medium heat oil and fry till it's golden brown.

Milk is ready and hot and now drop the fried rasabalis one by one and cook it for 5 mins on medium flame.

Turn off the flame and let it cool down.

Rasabali is ready to serve.
