Remove the stem and cut the Betel Leaves into small pieces. In a mixer jar grind the leaves and half the condensed milk to a smooth paste.

Heat pan and add tsp of ghee. Add the coconut and roast without changing colour for few minutes. Add the betel and condensed milk paste and the remaining condensed milk. Mix and cook everything on low flame for 5-6 minutes. Switch of and keep aside to cool.

Grease your hands and take satay sticks. Now take a small portion of the mixture and roll it. Give a mark with satay stick in the centre. Fill the Gulkand and roll and stick it on satay stick.Now roll it over dessicated coconut and serve your Green Diwali Phuljadi Crackers.
