Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 4eggs
  3. 1/2 cupmargarine
  4. 1/2 cupcooking oil
  5. 1 tbsbaking powder
  6. 11/4 cupmilk
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. 1 tbsVanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream sugar and cooking oil till soft

    Add in eggs one at a time

    Sieve flour and baking powder

  5. 5

    Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients as you alternate with milk
