Pan Baked Brownies

Nothing much to say about these goeey and fudgy Pan Baked Brownies except that these are definitely worth a try. Made easily on a pan, these make for a quicker as well as an easier version. For a good Brownie always remember an important point which is that the number of Eggs must always be kept to minimum. Plus a good quality of Dark Chocolate is a must. And last but not the least, do not ever mix everything up in a one single go. Firstly, beat Sugar, Eggs and Vanilla until creamy and airy. This can be done with an Electric hand held beater for most appropriate results of a airy and a creamy mixture. Now into this fold all the dry ingredients as well as melted Chocolate with light hands making sure not to be harsh on that. That's it. Let's get started!

Steps
- 1
Beat Sugar, Vanilla essence and Egg until airy and creamy with an Electric hand held beater.
- 2
Now fold all the dry ingredients into this slowly until just combined. And an important point to be noted is that Brown Sugar works just perfect for those Crinkly and gooey Brownies to the core. So use it without fail.

Preheat a tawa on a medium high heat for about 10 minutes. Grease a pan properly and pour the batter onto it. Cover with a lid and place it on the preheated Tawa. Let it get cooked on a low heat for about 20-25 minutes. I added a few chunks of Cadbury Chocolate to the batter. It's absolutely optional. You can skip this without any qualms.

Enjoy with some homemade Ganache or as is. The choice is entirely one's own. Happy Stovetop Baking!
